Susan has been through the buying and selling process herself and knows how frustrated and out-of-control a buyer or seller can feel – even experienced buyers and sellers. Susan has had experience with all kinds of real estate transactions – new homes, investor properties, tax-deferred exchanges, condos, townhouses, modest homes, and million dollar properties.

As Chair of the Legislative and Political Affairs Committee for the Prince George’s County Association of REALTORS®, Susan has kept close tabs on Susan and Del. Obie Patterson at Legislative Breakfastissues that affect homeowners in both the county and the state. She has served on that committee since 1999 and has also served on the Association’s Community Affairs Committees and Education Committee.
